Zhuochengju specializes in rotational moulds (rotary moulds) and rotational molding technology. We custom-manufacture moulds for fuel tanks, water tanks, environmental cleaning equipment, amusement facilities, outdoor furniture, kayaks, floats, transport containers, agricultural machinery parts, cold chain insulated boxes, motorcycle fuel tanks, automotive modification parts and a full range of rotomolded products.

Our factory is located at Building 5, No.2 Daohua North Road, Daojiao Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, covering a plant area of 2,000 ㎡.
We are equipped with a complete set of processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, 3-meter 5-axis CNC machine tools, EDM machines, wire cutters and automatic rotomolding machines. Our maximum machining capacity covers moulds up to 3 meters in diameter and 8 meters in length, with a single mould weight of 2 tons. Our annual production capacity reaches 2,000 sets of moulds.

With over 10 years of experience in the rotational mould industry, we mainly supply aluminum rotational moulds compatible with PE plastic rotational molding. 80% of our mould products are exported to Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania and Africa, while the remaining 20% are supplied to domestic rotomolding manufacturers.

We provide one-stop services covering rotomolded product design and mould manufacturing, supporting OEM & ODM. Our service scope includes DFM review of product structure, 3D modeling, mould development, mould trial and final delivery.
